Terms of Use

The terms that apply to this website and to what our ventures offer.

These terms apply to your use of the Infinispaces website and to the products and services offered by our ventures: HomeKeyStudio SG, Infinity Designs, SG Fit-Out Leads, and small-business content & listing support. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. What we offer

Our products and services are as described on each venture’s page. Prices marked “planned” are not final. We try to keep this site accurate, but it may sometimes be out of date. Please tell us if you spot a mistake.

2. HomeKeyStudio SG: digital templates

Our Excel templates are digital downloads. They are planning tools only. They are not financial or legal advice. Rates and assumptions are labelled with their sources, but you should verify all figures with HDB, IRAS and CPF before making any decision.

3. Infinity Designs: print-on-demand

Infinity Designs products are sold, printed and shipped by Redbubble. Prices, delivery and returns are set by Redbubble, and Redbubble’s own terms apply to those purchases.

4. SG Fit-Out Leads: data lists

  • Lists are dated snapshots (as of 1 October 2026) and can lag BCA’s live directory. Check the live directory when you need the latest status of a company.
  • You are responsible for using the data lawfully, including under the PDPA and the Do Not Call (DNC) rules. Honour any request from a company to stop contacting it.
  • Please don’t resell or publicly redistribute the lists.

Contains information from the BCA Listing of Registered Contractors via data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence v1.0. Not endorsed by BCA or any government agency.

5. Small-business content & listing support: monthly services

  • Plans are monthly, with no lock-in. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
  • Payment is monthly, in advance, by PayNow or bank transfer.
  • You approve content before it is published, and you stay the owner of your accounts. You can remove our access at any time.
  • We do not guarantee rankings, followers, reviews or sales. We never write fake reviews.
  • Paid advertising, photography and website builds are outside the scope of the service.

6. Refunds

For items bought through a platform such as Gumroad or Redbubble, that platform’s refund policy applies. Because digital downloads can’t be returned, other requests are handled case by case. Email the venture you bought from and we will do our best to sort it out fairly.

7. Intellectual property

The designs, templates, data compilations, text and images on this site and in our products belong to Infinispaces or its creators, unless stated otherwise. Your purchase gives you personal or internal business use as described on the product page. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute our work without asking. Data from public sources remains subject to its own licence (see the attribution above).

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our products and services with reasonable care, but we can’t promise they will be error-free or suit every situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on the information, templates or data we provide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or your rights under Singapore law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Singapore.
